I believe that the MX, SPF and DKIM records for my zohomail are well configurated because I can send and receive emails. However, some emails are not arriving to my mailbox. Looking for the problem I have found the following error:
When the email senders reply directly to an email sent from mine,
berta@multiservicos-silvaporto.com or the senders copy and paste my email address from somewhere to their mail-sending dashboard, I receive the emails without any problem.
But if the email senders write my email address directly in their mail-sending dashboard then they are receiveing an error email and I are not receiving that emails.
Can somebody tell me which may be the problem? Could be something related with the hyphen of my domain?
