I don't get confirmation code and can't confirm/ verify my new account// email

I don't get confirmation code and can't confirm/ verify my new account// email

I keep sending a code but don't get anything in my new created POP3 account. 
I was trying to go to enable through settings, but it still says:  Email Address should be verified to enable sending from this account. Provide confirmation code in Send Mail as section or POP Accounts section to verify.
