i don't have access to : Click Settings >> Mail

I would like to set up a POP account but i don't have access to :
  1. Click Settings >> Mail
  2. Select Mail Accounts

Set Reply To:

You can set the 'Default Reply to' address for your email accounts in the Mail Account settings page. You can set a different email address as a 'Reply To' address, when you send emails from the POP Account. Even if you set the 'Reply To' option, the recipient can manually change the email address displayed in their 'To' Field.
  1. Click Settings >> Mail
  2. Select Mail Accounts
  3. Edit the Mail Account for which you want to set the 'Reply To' option
  4. Specify the Email Address to which you want the recipients to Reply to in the 'Set Reply To' text box
  5. Click Save
