I got the message " User already exist"

Hi support,
Please help me to resolve this issue, i'm trying to create email manager@aquariusbeachhotel.com from supuer account admin@aquariusbeachhotel.com , but it was show me , account manager@aquariusbeachhotel.com already exist, although i couldn't see this email in there
