Hello!
I have 3 users in Zoho so far, but we only have 2 inboxes in Gsuite because we share inboxes per department (then each one has own alias).
I know that there is a limitation of only 1 IMAP account per user on the Zoho CRM + SalesInbox. But now I find that I can not have 2 users connecting through IMAP to the same email address. Why is that? It doesnt make sense, as IMAP can be synced from many devices; why would it be a limitation to have two platforms/users synced with it?
Is there a way in which I can configure it? Is not only that some users will not be able to send emails through SMPT and use Zoho Servers instead.... Is that, in addittion to this, they are not going to be able to have SalesInbox and that it happen often that emails sent through zoho servers end up in Spam or Promotions on our clients because we have all our domain DNS and MX pointing to Gsuite.
Has someone went thorugh a similar situation? How did you managed it> Is there any workaround?
We cant create more gsuite accounts and uses their IMAPS plus automatic forward because it will create duplicates (or triplicate if we add an extra user). In addittion, having more inoboxes will take away the benefit we have been enjoying of having shared inboxes, which is great for our business processes.
Any ideas?
Best regards,
Juan
