I have already paid for my site but i still have an obnoxious blue banner on my footer.

I picked theme. edited it and paid for site but i still have a very annoying screaming blue banner across my footer. It doesn't even match my page. Can zoho please take it off. or tell me how to get rid of it step by step? Thanks
