I have logged in zoho account but cant access zoho mail only says Account not active

I have logged in zoho account but cant access zoho mail only says Account not active

I have logged in zoho account but cant access zoho mail only says  Account not active  

and when i directly try to login thru url :  zoho.com/mail/
It again says  Account is disabled
