I have my own domain name but cannot figure out how to set up email through zoho

I have my own domain name but cannot figure out how to set up email through zoho

Hostway is not on your list when I go to verify.  So I try the other methods and the instructions do not mesh with what I find at hostway.  For example, there's no option to add TXT records and I can't find anything that looks like "Name / Host / Alias / TXT".  I lost my email through my prior host and need to get it back up.  Please help.  Thanks.  John
