I use my Google login. I sent the assist request to my son who is running Linux Mint 19.1. It asked him to download an app called connect, it downloaded (connect 64 bit) but no right click menu options showing up like the instructions say. When he clicks on connect it says it doesn't know what package to open it with.  I just want to remotely help him on his laptop. I don't need him to be able to remote into anywhere. In fact I don't even need unattended, just to be able to remote in when he needs me to.
