I have zoho in mt SPF, but I still get notification that I need an SPF record for my domain

I have zoho in my SPF record, but I still get notification that I need an SPF record for my domain

Here is my current SPF record as configured for my domain (numbers changed, but format identical):

v=spf1 mx a ptr ip4:4:23.123.123.123 include:u1234567.wl.sendgrid.net include:zoho.com ~all

Our email seems to be working just fine, but this notification has me worried. Is there some other way I should configure this?
