I just lost hundreds of my contacts when I was trying to add a new Group List

I just lost hundreds of my contacts when I was trying to add a new Group List

Help, Zoho!

I created  new group.  Then, all of my contacts appeared in that Group.  When I tried to delete contacts from that group, it deleted those contacts from my Contact list.


How do I undelete all of those contacts!  Please help!
