I Just Want To Change a Field Name

OK, I got my spreadsht imported, but I want to change some of the predefined names that ZOHO gave me that don't quite fit the actual info that got imported into some of the fields.  For example:  The info that I imported was about Churches with >1000 members.  I have a column from my original spreadsheet called "Size".  I imported that into the predefined field called "Number of Employees",  thinking that once I imported everything it would be a snap to fix issues like that.  I've hunted YouTube for tutorials, I've looked in ALL of your Help locations, and got NO HELP.  I REALLY want to use this product, but I can't even get started good.
