I was in zoho on my desktop and suddenly my INBOX lost all current emails from June 23 to today... checked my cell phone and I found them! But in 2 seconds I watched helpless as they too disappeared... what happened?

I also have an issue with subfolder:

I can see certain subfolders in my cell phone but I can't find them in my desktop... why? How to fix?
