I love the software

I am very impressed on how easy it is to use.
I have some questions or suggestions depending on whether I am doing things correctly.

When contact information is added for an account, is it possible to copy the address from the account as a default with an option to add a new address. There is a redundancy to adding the same address when there are multiple contacts for a given account.

Emails sent out, are sent through your server?

Sometimes I would like to refer back to a sent email. I know I can click on the mail history but how long does it stay on your system.

I am unable to integrate Outlook. My outlook section is Set-up is grayed out.

Let me know what I should do.
