I'm getting a ResponseCode 421, 4.7.0 Temporarily Deferred error when I send mail

I'm getting a ResponseCode 421, 4.7.0 Temporarily Deferred error when I send mail. The first few emails that I sent were fine but since then they have stopped making it to the intended recipient.
