I'm Having Trouble With One Of My Users...Please Advise!
Hello,
I gave access to a new user last week so that she could get assigned
her own leads. I have 5 other users besides her who don't ever have
any problems with accessing their accounts.
However this particular user keeps stating that she either can't access
her Zoho Account or gets messages upon log in that say stuff like
"Sorry you are no longer connected to Zoho CRM!"
I know she is active and confirmed in my system admin area so I
am just so confused as to why she is the only one experiencing
problems with Zoho.
Does anyone have any friendly advice? Is there a particular browser
that works best for Zoho? Is that why she gets a message saying
that her account is still active but she is no longer connected?
