I'm in a mess with numerous zoho accounts on numerous different email addresses. Can i get an overview of everything i own

Over the years I have set up multiple accounts with multiple apps for my clients, colleagues etc.  Im now in a complete mess and cant' work out which emails are with which apps and which subscriptions i've paid for etc.  Ridiculous I know.  Is there a way of getting a full report on all my possible email addresses so that I can shut downn any old acocunts, make sure I know exaclty what apyments and subs are running etc?
