I'm looking for a detailed look at how a small service company uses ZohoCRM...

I've been using ZohoCRM for a little over a year, I think. One stupid little feature required me to jump to the Enterprise edition of ZohoCRM, from Professional. I'm mildly annoyed, but I know there are a lot more ways we can take advantage of the software than we currently are, especially now. So, I want to make the best of it cause I know it can make our business better.

I realize that when we first got set up with Zoho, I was moving here from SugarCRM and the move was more than a little sloppy. I makeshifted a lot of stuff because I didn't know what I was doing and needed to save the info from the old system. Now, while it's working, there's a lot that's been jerry-rigged.

I'm wondering if someone can point me to a good example of of how a small company (two or three employees) in the service industry is using the software.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
