I'm unable to verify my domain (namecheap)

I'm unable to verify my domain (namecheap)

Dear Support,

I'm have been unsuccessful getting Zoho to verify my domain from Namecheap.  I am using both the CNAME and Txt method and neither is working.  I've also noticed that Namecheap is not listed in your group of providers.  I am going on 24hrs, can someone assist or provide Namecheap specific directions to complete the verification process.
