My company has the field value "CSM" assigned to Accounts and Deals. When an Account meets the criteria (CSM is A, B, C, or D) I need it to take that value and apply it to all current and future deals associated with that account. 

I am able to make the module Deals in the Instant. But I can't get it to reference the CSM value in Accounts. It only let's me select a single user instead of automatically assigning the CSM from the Account.

Is there a way to do this that doesn't involve using Functions? Or am I missing something?
