Hi all, 

I am in need of a report that shows how many deals were ever in a stage. I need to see how many deals were in each stage over the course of a 2 week period. 

For Example, i have 5 stages: Qualification, Application, Shop, Contracts, and Fund. Say I have 100 leads that are converted to deals, and i need to show how what percentage of all deals converted my salesperson was able to get an application on, and also show what percentage of all deals converted they requested contracts on. I need a report that will show:

Qualification            100 deals           100% 

Application               80 deals             80% 

Shop                         50 deals             50% 

Contracts                  25 deals             25%

Fund                          10 deals              10%

I also need to be able to filter it by lead source (we measure the success of various lead sources this way as well).

There is a report that shows Deal by Stage, but that is a snapshot of how many deals are in any particular stage at that time, not how many have transitioned to all stages.
