I need help getting started - in simple terms.........

Hi - I  am totally new to this.  Just created a new domain name for my start-up company and want to set up email addresses. I cannot understand any of the instructions.  I thought Zoho was the email provider - is that not true. Do I need to sign up to Yahoo or something else as well?  I need help in simple instructions please!!!!!!!
