In my zoho CRM I've got Accounts (i.e. companies) Contacts (i.e. persons) and Events (my comments each time I call or visit a client or prospect)
I am trying do do the following report (or view I don't really care) :
ALL the accounts I have contacted (i.e. for which I have at least one event) but I need only one line per account (not three lines if I have contacted this company three times)
CLASSIFIED by the date of the most recent event
WITH the description of the the 3 most recent events (or maybe just le latest if it's too difficult.
example :
COMPANY A
Event 1 : bla bla bla dated August 18th
Event 2 :bla bla Dated July 1st
Company B
Event 1 : dated August 17th
Company C
Event1 : bla bla Dated August 16th
Event2 dated xxx
Event 3 dated xxxx
Can somebody help me ?
