I need some help to make a bell ring on a big alert email

Hi Guys,

How can I find a clever chappy who can make a bell ring in our office whenever a 'big deal alert' is sent.

If the sale is $1,000, one ding. $2,000, two dings. It would be very cool!

I've got an old fire station bell that I want to connect to a relay. If there is someone out there who can write the code please let me know.
