I need to export the leads from a campaign to excel to be scrubbed by a partner

I need to export the leads from a campaign to excel to be scrubbed by a partner

I saw this question asked years ago in the forum, but it does not appear to have been answered. I have not been able to figure it out.  The functionality has to exist; what am I missing here?  Thank you.
