I need to forward emails from a specific sender to two of my zoho e-mail accounts

I need to forward emails from a specific sender to two of my zoho e-mail accounts

I use an automated contact form on my website that will only send to one email address. I need the message to go to a second zoho account also. I'd like to have the contact form message go to our info@ourdomain.com and then be forwarded to our sales manager and business manager. Alternatively, it can go to the sales manager and be automatically forwarded to the business manager. I found this can be done using filters but I'm having trouble figuring out how to do it. Filters only seem to be available to my admin account, and I imagine I need to be in the sales manager's account to set up filtered forwarding to the business manager. I need detailed instructions on how to accomplish this. I have the free zoho account, is this service available free, or do I have to have a paid account? HELP!!!
