Hello everyone,

I am trying to automate some of the activities that the sales agent is doing and I need to change some of the leads status based on the call result.

If the call result is "Not Interested" I need to change the lead status to "Lost Lead" and pop up a mandatory field to enter the loss reason

If the call result is "Invalid number" I need to change the lead status to "Junk Lead"

If I have 3 call results with "No Answer" I need to change the lead status to "Lost Lead" with a loss reason "Un-reachable"
