I need to see more than 100 leads at a time

I need to see more than 100 leads at a time

Could I please expand my company's ability to see more than 100 leads/accounts/contacts/etc at a time? I need to manipulate all of our data on a daily basis, so it is very, very difficult to do so when I can only change 100 at a time.
