Hello, I have an Excel file with 2 columns 1 are email address and the other is a filed with data codes that indicate whether the email has been verified.
Is there a way to upload the Excel records so that the records in ZohoCrm that match the Excel email are updated with the email verification code in a dedicated field in ZohoCRM.
Example, in ZohoCRM I have 2 records
My Excel spreadsheet has these records with 2 fields:
I would like to update the related ZohoCRM records with the Verified/NotVeriified information using the email address to locate the record in Zoho and then updating a field in Zoho that has been created too track the Verified/NotVerified information.
