I use Zoho CRM to manage my deal flow. We publish books. Once a client's artwork have been approved it needs to move to the next stage in the deal flow.

I created a blueprint "Artwork Approved" that requires the user to upload a pdf version of the final approved artwork to the deal.

I then need the blueprint to send a notification email to a number of people that include the approved Pdf so they can action it further. I can send the emails but can find no way to attach the pdf that was just uploaded.

How do I do it?
