I want my PA to be able to access and update my CRM calendar because it Syncs with Outlook

Please assist. I want my PA to be able to have access to my CRM Calendar as I need her to be able to see my diary when she scedules appointments. I want what she schedules to update my CRM calendar immediately as I can then then sync Outlook with CRM. The business calendar function allows my PA to view my calendar but she cant make updates.
 
Please advise
