i want specific information in my deals module to got automatically into my tour module. how do i do this?

In my converted deals I have added a checkbox for create tours. I have gone to workflow and created the rules. Everything I have tried does not seem to work. I need specific information from the deals module to automatically go into the tours module. How do I do this?
