I want to automatically change the status of new incoming orders

Hello, 

I want the status of all orders generated by our online store (with the reference SO-) to be automatically changed to "confirmed". 

Currently, when a new order arrives, it has the status: "draft". 
Is it possible to change this without having to do it manually? 

And I also want the order shipment to be marked as automatically fulfilled.

Because as soon as an order is generated via our online store, our physical stock must be directly decremented by the value of the order (quantity of products).

Can you help me?
