Trigger actions in third-party applications especially synchronizing between Zoho and Mailchimp, to do that do i need the paid version of the mailchimp? And how can i determine my document tracking? That's suppose in Zoho CRM right? Last How can I know that the prospects i sent emails to how can i know that if they don't read my mail can i know that they enter my website links or not?
