I would like to create a shortcut to a specific report

Is there a way to create a shortcut to a specific report.  Similar to how templates work for emails, when i'm on a contact or an account, I would like to run a quick report that pulls specific info from the account (or contact) rather than going to the reports module and finding the report then changing it to pull specific data.
