I would like to keep a record every time my item gets modified in my Inventory Report

In my Zoho Creator, I currently have an inventory report that gets populated from my Receiving form. The items need to pass through a sorting form where their Container numbers/types/materials/etc may change during this process. I would like to have an indented row underneath each item that has been modified to show what was modified and when. Below is my Inventory report with a few sample Purchase Orders and received items.
I currently am struggling to get those additional rows to get added on Successful form submission of my Sorting (or even my Sorting Subform). Is it possible to have one report get populated from multiple forms like that?
