I am wondering if there is anyway to filter the data by the URL.  I have a bunch of staff, and I would like to have the iCal feed on their iphones show up with only things involving them, rather than the entire schedule.

So each person would have a different URL in their iCal with something like http://....user/app/ical/view?Staff=jsmith
