Hi Zoho Community.
I would like to be able to trigger a calendar invitation to from the Leads module using the information within the Lead (Email, Date/Time etc).
I've already
created a workflow so that it sends an email to the Lead and pulls the Date,
Time, Address etc of the meeting from the Lead, however I don't know whether there is any way to generate an invite.
My
question is; can I automatically generate a .ics (or any other type of
calendar invite) using the data on the Lead so that the recipient can
accept a calendar invitation directly from the template email? I have tried using the Lead as a Participant on the Meeting, however they can then see the Description which is meant for our reps only.
