ID USER

Hello,

I want to export a list; but I'm requested a login and password:

This will be a password protected file. To open the file, please enter the first four characters of your email address and the last four numbers of your Zoho user id.

I have the email address but I can't find my ID or any ID, anywhere. Where can I get it?
