Idea: Ability Add related "Account Name" to a Contact business card (for phone bridge)

I use zoho phone bridge and having the screen pops when a contact calls is great.

I can customize the screen pop via the contact business card HOWEVER I'm unable to select the related Account Name which means I basically don't know what account is calling. I have to click on the screen pop and then click on the account to see relevant information.
