[idea] when attaching a zoho show presentation to an email, allow choosing format

There are 2 constraints when trying to attach a zoho show presentation directly into a message in zoho mail as an ATTACHMENT:

1. the file must have download permission
2. it is exported as a PPT

However, there are times when it is important for me sending the presentation as a PDF - such  as client decks, proposals, etc.

When this happens (and in my case this happens very often), I need to EXPORT AND DOWNLOAD the presentation to PDF and then attach it to email. It makes no sense to me.

My suggestions:

1. IMHO there is no sense is having this "download" permission. Google Workplace and Outlook+Onedrive by the way stimulates you to integrate stuff instead of creating bureaucracy. For a customer like me, it is all the same environment, it is pointless authorising Zoho to talk to Zoho. My suggestion is to set this behaviour as OPTIONAL - in other words: any zoho docs/sheets/show can be added as an attachment freely UNLESS the user, in its own and personal profile (or in an organisation-wide basis) prevents this operation. Default becomes "allowing".

2. When user requests to attach a Zoho docs/sheets/show in an email, ASK user in which format the file(s) is to be attached, e.g.: OpenDoc, M365 or PDF.
