Ideas for customization specific to Real Estate Agents

I am deciding between Zoho and 2 other real estate specific CRM programs (propertybase.com and plan plus online).

I love the clean feel of Zoho but am a little intimidated by having to figure out how to customize the platform to better suit my needs.

Has anyone implemented a customization: specifically for real estate agent/broker needs?
