Identify Workers Not Assigned Any Tasks

Hi  -
I have an application that assigns tasks to workers.  Form 1 collects the employee name, and Form 2 assigns tasks with due dates to employees, using a lookup field from Form 1.
I would like to create a report or page that identifies any employees who do not have any tasks assigned to them.  
Please let me know if you have a solution to do this.
