i'm loading up the system with names that I will want to contact and see what interest they have.   As such, these names are NOT leads. They are simply contacts until they show some type of interest.

How do I identify the individuals as raw contacts to get in touch with, and how do I run a report for them? It seems the reports are all for Leads.

Finally, it looks like Zoho tracks the sales process nicely.  How do raw contacts fit into the Zoho sales process?
