Identifying Existing Account from a New CSV list

I typically work with small lists that I copy and paste account name into search to see if it exists already in our ZOHO crm before I choose which ones to mass import.

My problem now is that I just received a large list of prospects.   Is there a way to have crm do a mass search to let me know which companies already exist in our CRM?

Should I break it into group of say 100 to import and choose "skip" when importing?

If I choose "skip" option when importing,  will crm provide me with a list of which prospects were skipped due to name matches?
