So apparently Zoho CRM does not have a Rotting Period feature and decided to add the Idle Alerts custom module from Zoho as an extension in the app store. Fine, however after installing the extension it does not seem that I can modify the stages for which the alert runs!?? I have all custom stage names except for closed won and closed lost so what in the world am I supposed to do?  This is just one of the many WTF moments about basic functionality I have had since starting to use Zoho One just 10 days ago but sadly we will probably continue to use them because they have stuff like formula fields and blueprints, a rarity at this price point. 

Please someone tell me that I am missing something obvious and there is a way to use the Idle Alerts extension with custom Deal stage names. Alternatively I would be happy to use workflows but can't seem to hook into the date at which a deal's stage was changed and use that to trigger an alert after a certain number of days...i.e. rotting period. 

Maybe this can be done with functions?
