I have some questions in case of data suppression following wrong manipulation or mistake (e.g.: excel file upload, mass data suppression etc)

-          Do you have a back-up for our data?

-          If yes, how can we retrieve the data from you, following the data suppression.

-          Process wise, is there a time limit?
