If I delete a user in the free "3 user system" - will any of the account/lead/potential information be deleted too?

If I delete a user in the free "3 user system" - will any of the account/lead/potential information be deleted too?

For instance, we have two other users... we all share the same contacts/accounts/leads.

One person is leaving our company, and we would like to setup a new user in the system. However, we dont want the new person to be forced to use the old person's username.
