If I move a mailbox from one IMAP account to another does it count against the emails daily "receive quota"?

If I move a mailbox from one IMAP account to another does it count against the emails daily "receive quota"?

I want to move the messages I have in a folder on an yahoo IMAP account to a folder on my zoho email account. It is a fairly large group of emails. Will moving the messages count against my daily send/receive limits?
