I want to contact my leads, but if they do not reply in X days I want to send an automated follow-up email. But the email should be sent as a "reply" to the original email so that it stays in the same email thread, which helps the recipient know the context of follow-up email.

Is this possible?

I think I can do it using a Workflow, but it's not clear if the email will be sent as a reply to the original email.

If this is not possible, do you know if you have plans to add this feature on your road map? And how long it will take to be released?
